Physical movement helps children to learn. Through movement children develop their bodies, their minds, their self-esteem and their abilities to communicate and express themselves.The syllabus is carefully designed to: Increase children's awareness of the body, co-ordination and confidence;Help develop their sensitivity to music (pulse, duration, rhythm, melodies, sounds and volume); Understand how to move through space;Teach children to express feelings and emotions through movement.
