Toddler swimming lessons focuses on basic breath control and water familarisation. The toddler will learn how to hold his/her breath underwater and rolling over to float on his/her back unassisted. This rollover technique will be performed till he/she reach the side of the swimming pool. Besides that, toddler swimming lessons also teaches basic swimming strokes which are essential for them and that would eventually help pave the way for a easier learning curve for other strokes.
