Young Scientists encourage an active learning and thinking approach through which the children construct meaning from experience about the social and physical world that surrounds them. Through carefully designed activities, children will demonstrate their sense of wonder, engage in active exploration, collecting data, classifying, analysing, synthesising and theorising. Their developing theories are applied and verified or modified, by expressing their ideas in a variety of mediums through play, reflection and mini projects.
