The players will gain and build on existing skills through team interaction. Throughout their training they will understand the rules of the game, warm-up, learn the basics and principles of basketball as well as drills and scrimmages. This basketball training program will develop sound basketball players which will prepare them physically, mentally, emotionally and instill character. This age group will develop their basketball level in skills and drills, learning how to do cone dribbling & passing.
