Description: Our Rhymthic Gymnastic program lesson is focused on basic gymnastics body techniques and apparatus(Ribbon, Rope, Hoop, Club and/or Ball) handling with music in a safe and fun environment. Objective: Artistic gymnastics aims to help the child to develop the strength of the body and develop a good posture. The eye and foot coordination improves with this form of sport.
