Went for their trial class at Bukit Timah and decided to sign up for a term as I felt that I should put his activeness into something more useful. It is a once a week class for an hour. I feel that the class enables him to be much more disciplined as he will need to really follow the instructors' instructions e.g. in terms of footsteps and hand co-ordination. There will be activities where they will be asked to hold still in a particular position and count, This will train his determination as well. He also learn self defense patterns and the different types of kicks. The school will assess his ability and sign him up for grading regularly. He has already attained his yellow belt despite only being in the class for 2 months. Good training for him.
