Jiang is much more academic and is more of a tuition centre kind of setting. At K1 Level, each term they will be taught things like looking at a picture and talking about it in Mandarin, Chinese vocab, correct strokes of writing Chinese characters, han yu pin ying only at the later part etc. The current teacher for my daughter is native speaking from China. Class last for 1.5 hrs once a week and class size during the weekend can be expected to be quite big. Homework should be expected and submitted in the following lesson. Ting Xie is expected in K2. Overall I feel its good in terms of the increased in number of Chinese vocab she has learnt and incorporating oral liked exercise in their lessons which my daughter is weak in.
