PENGUINS: The special sessions for this age aim at improving balance and muscle tone development through walking and running and for the older penguins, hanging by their hands. Therefore, the equipment is mainly slopes at varying degrees so they can walk up and either walk or run down. KOALAS: Toddlers can now follow two commands in a row. In the KindyROO class everything is now geared to introducing and strengthening the toddler s ability to follow two commands in all activities possible, i.e. collect a puffa ball and sit on it! Chanced upon this place as I work around ARC. The place is rather bright and colourful and I'm sure kids will definitely be attracted to it. What I like is that they even have names of each child worn on every one of them including the parents so that its easier for the teachers to call them. This idea is really cool. They also allow both parents to be around for the lessons. Its a good bonding time for us. There will be a lot of music and singing, physical movements, But don't expect very professional gym facilities here. I would say they focus more on activities for whole brain development through their tailored program.
