Dance Movement & Expression

A special dance programme has been written to introduce, expose and create interest in creative dance and movements for boys and girls from 3 12 years of age. The approach is age appropriate, kind, fun, playful and encouraging. Most of the dance exercises are made to be less overwhelming and more appealing and interesting through the integration of stories, songs, games, rhymes and imagination.
