LEAP KIDSNETIC
The LEAP KIDSNETIC reading system allows the child to achieve total literacy success through building foundation in the areas of interpretative and responsive skills for children from 2.5 years onwards. 4 levels: Kick-Start! Focusing on early literacy skill acquisition, Kick-Start! level encourages the use of language for communication and expression. This intensive level is suitable for 2.5 years onwards. Ink-It! At the Ink-It! level, the child will move from language use to literacy skills with focus on letter-sound acquisition and phonological awareness. Pre-writing skills will also be introduced. Do-It! Do-It! level is designed to focus on developing decoding and language understanding and structure. Exposed to different narrative texts. Star-It! At the Star-It! level, a multiple intelligence approach to learning is embraced. Spelling, oral comprehension, grammar and vocabulary are areas taught in a creative and expressive manner.
