The brain interprets information through neurons a series of complex nerve cells. As a person learns, a group of neurons work together and process out the information needed for accomplishing the task, feeling or physical gesture. When a mission is unfamiliar or highly demanding, the neurons seek help from other nearby neurons then returns to their place after the method has been mastered. This process increases speed, making completion easier. Cognitive skills are the most essential and fundamental tools of effective learning. They are the brain skills or mental mechanisms that interpret incoming information to enable understanding and problem-solving. These skills need to be in top shape for the brain to process information or one's learning ability would be difficult and tiring.
