What I love about their Mandarin program is that there is always art and craft related to the Chinese words that are being taught for that lesson. For e.g. for apples, they will use real apples, cut them into halves and let the children use them for painting, for animals, they will get them to create the animals They just makes the Chinese words "alive" using visual aids and makes learning Mandarin much more fun and enjoyable. Also for each word that was being taught, they also have a passage relating to that Chinese word for the kids to recite and learn. There will be also story telling time where the story will be somehow related to what is being taught for that lesson. Each term the lesson will focus on different theme such as fruits, colors, animals etc They will give out to parents a course outline for that term as well. The words taught are not always single word but may mixed with 2 words or 3 words. I feel that some words are rather difficult though for my daughter's age. But overall, my daughter enjoys attending the class every week.
