Mini-Yoga
Our mini-yoga classes are perfect for beginners where they will develop postural awareness, core strength, and emotional balance. We also focus on Relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and balance. This is an excellent program for children to get to learn how their body works, develop a strong core and improve their flexibility. All are essential skills and can be easily transferable and very beneficial in all aspects of sport and life.
