Music Appreciation Class includes an artistically conceived flow of songs, nursery rhymes, instrumental jam sessions, fingerplays, and movement activities. In addition, activities evolve from the child s world and include vocal play, animal sounds, rhythm play & language play. Music Awareness Class helps children learn at their own pace in a nurturing fun atmosphere. Parents participate in their child s learning by attending the lessons. This participation enables them to accomplish their role as a practice monitor and mentor at home.. PROJECT Le Petite (The Little Ones) enables children to appreciate the Performing Arts. This programme is about developing a holistic music education approach. The course provides equal development to the right and left brain. It helps is mapping the mind in a systematic way yet developing and nurturing creativity through several musical pedagogy methodology. It offers a more targeted curriculum to each level Nursery & Kindergarten.

Seems like there isn't much ballet school that accepts children as young as 3 years old and non-parent accompanied classes. I chose BMC mainly cos of this and that it is conveniently located in Jurong Point Shopping Centre. Initially, we signed up for the trial class first and parents were able to sit in the class and watch. There were 4 children in the class and we can choose whether to buy the costumes or not during the trial class. But its compulsory to have the costume and shoes once we decided to sign up for term lessons. The class actually plays a lot of different kind of music and the teacher will get the children to move around a lot. In some ways, the classes also teaches the children the different body parts like touching their shoulders, jumping on their feet etc. I can feel that the children really enjoy so much dancing and moving around with the music. Class size is small and I totally like it compared to those CCs program.
